New Foward Tipping/ Swivel Dumper Driver position available at Randstad CPE (phone number removed) Job Title: Forward Tipping / Swivel Dumper Driver Location: Horsham, West Sussex (RH12 / RH13) Start Date: Tuesday, 17th November 2026 (In 2 Weeks) Contract Duration: Ongoing / Long-Term Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 Paid Hours Per Day Weekend Work: Optional Saturdays available (5 Paid Hours at Time & a Half / 1.5x) Pay Rate: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour (dependent on pay type / experience) About the Role We are recruiting an experienced Swivel Dumper Driver for an ongoing civil engineering / groundworks project in Horsham, starting in two weeks' time (Tuesday, 17th November 2026). This is a long-term position guaranteeing 9 paid hours per day Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday morning shifts paid at 1.5x (time and a half) for operatives looking to boost their weekly earnings. Key Responsibilities Safe and competent operation of forward tipping / swivel skip dumpers across site terrain. Transporting excavated materials, sub-base, muck, and aggregates to designated storage zones or tipping areas. Working in close coordination with 360 excavators, groundworkers, and banksmen. Performing daily plant inspections, pre-start checks, and logging machine maintenance. Assisting groundworks teams with light duties when the machine is not in active operation. Requirements Valid CPCS Card OR NPORS Card (Must have the "E" endorsement on the reverse next to the category, indicating accredited site assessment). Valid CSCS Card / Plant Operator ticket. Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis jacket/vest, hard hat, and gloves). Proven experience operating swivel dumpers on busy groundworks or civil construction sites. Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to long-term ongoing work. Right to work in the UK. Working Hours & Overtime Standard Shift: Monday to Friday, 9 paid hours per day (45 hours/week). Weekend Overtime: Optional Saturdays, 5 paid hours at Time & a Half (1.5x). Start Date: In 2 weeks (Tuesday, 17th November 2026). Duration: Long-term, ongoing contract.
