Job Title: Site Manager - High-End Residential & Refurbishment
Location: Sussex (Must be local to Hove / Brighton / Haywards Heath)
Position Type: Freelance / Subcontract (Direct CIS | Immediate Start Available)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of upcoming and ongoing residential developments across Sussex.
As a privately-owned residential specialist known for delivering high-quality, bespoke builds and sensitive conversions, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship, rapid decision-making, and strong local site presence.
You will take ownership of site operations across varied residential schemes, including high-spec luxury homes, multi-unit flatted developments, and complex roof/loft conversions.
Key Requirements:
- Location (Essential): Must live locally within easy commuting distance across Hove, Brighton, and Haywards Heath.
- Proven Track Record: Solid Site Management experience across Residential, New Build, Refurbishment, and Apartments/Flats.
- Site Leadership: Full ownership of day-to-day site operations, health & safety, subcontractor management, and quality control.
- Certifications: Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS card.
