Senior Site Manager – £30M Student Accommodation – Southampton I am currently working with a respected regional contractor who is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager for an exciting £30M student accommodation project in Southampton. This Tier 2 contractor has a proven track record across sectors such as Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Residential, and is known for delivering high-quality projects with a strong pipeline of future work. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Day-to-day management of site operations on a £30M student accommodation scheme Overseeing subcontractors, site staff, and health & safety compliance Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure programme and quality standards are met Valid CSCS card SMSTS certification First Aid qualification This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor and deliver a major, high-profile project.
