Maintenance Technician in Hackney

We are hiring for a Maintenance Technician for a Student Accommocation block in East London. Location: East London Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08.30am-4.30pm Salary: £35,000 per annum To prioritise and manage all work orders and the allocation of maintenance tasks to ensure these are closed off in a timely manner. To be responsible for the planning of all the statutory and routine maintenance in accordance with the Property Service Level Agreement (SLA). To respond to reactive maintenance in accordance with the SLA and to keep students and customers aware and informed of the status of repairs. To carry out repair duties across the site as instructed by the Property Manager or landlord. To check the quality and standards of work are to a high standard and in accordance with the Property SLA. To participate in a call-out rota as directed by the General Manager or landlord. Identify where specialist input is required and co-ordinate the timely attendance of alternative suppliers/contractors. To manage the sign in and attendance of contractors and that permits for working are in place including utility companies who need to access the site to read the meters At all times follow the Property key handling procedures in respect of sign out and returnRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
