Job Description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer in Peterborough.\\n\\nYou will join the static division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on one single site. It is a fixed term 12 month contract\\n This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hours per week, In return you will receive:\\n\\nSalary up to £34,000 per annum\\n working 40 hours per week\\nits 25 days holiday\\nStatic role\\nFull UK driving Licence.\\nAbility to work independently and proactively.Duties / Responsibilities:\\n The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites. \\n\\nPlumbing repairs\\nPPMs and reactive maintenance\\nBuilding maintenance\\nMulti skilled person\\nHot and Cold water systems\\nWater Flushing\\nFire Alarm texting\\nBasic lighting Maintenance\\nFixing lights\\nUnblocking toilets\\nPlumbing Duties\\nFixings Roof Leaks\\nDoor Frames\\nFlooring Repairs\\nChanging Lights\\nFixing leaks\\nWater temperature checks \\nAll aspects of building maintenance within the facilitiesRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
