Working a 4 on 4 off pattern - 06:00 - 18:00 2 days and 18:00 - 06:00 2 nights, you will be supporting the dispatch area or the end of line production.

Dispatch Duties:
  • Use FLT to move finished product around the warehouses, load and unload HGVs as required and store product.
  • Conduct stock takes, report aged stock and support processes to keep stock rotation optimised.
  • Follow scanner to picking in the warehouse and loading trucks.
  • Ensure stock from production is checked for pallet quality and scanned then put away into warehouse racking correctly.
  • Check pallet label visibility, label quality, pallet wrap quality.
  • Stack and pick pallets.
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
Production FLT duties:
  • Take finished product from production lines into storage.
  • Ensure that production lines are fully stocked with the correct materials, storing away any old materials.
  • Complete start up checks and change overs on palletisers.
  • Scan pallets of finished stock, bring part pallets at the start of production run taking final part pallets away and adjusting pallet levels to reflect quantities needed.
  • Remove all waste from line and place in relevant recycling areas.
  • Load and unload lorries when required.
