We are recruiting for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a leading developer delivering large‑scale, multi‑unit residential projects in Sussex.. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of internal finishes and a keen eye for detail.
Duties include :
- Oversee all internal finishing trades including carpentry, drylining, M&E final fix, painting, flooring, and snagging
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors to maintain programme and quality
- Conduct detailed snagging and ensure issues are closed out promptly
- Maintain clear communication with project and site managers on progress
- Ensure works are completed to required specification and building regulations
Monitor health & safety within internal works areas
