Our leading Facilities Management client is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join the team in Merseyside L30 4YD.
Overview
- Full Time Monday to Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM
- PAY RATE: £13.75/hr PAYE
- ASAP - June 22nd 2026
Duties include:
- Need Maintenance Assistant with full UK drivers licence.
- Work involves completing PPMs like door checks, water tap temperature monitoring, lift communications.
- Reactive works like unblocking sinks, toilets, hanging notice boards.
- Must be willing to join our on-call rota to cover the sites.
