Randstad CPE is seeking a Project Manager for a medium sized building contractor to lead a 12-15 month façade remediation project in Basildon, Essex. You will manage the programme, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, and ensure quality and commercial controls from inception to delivery.
The role requires 3–4 years construction experience, strong quoting/tendering ability, solid communication and negotiation skills, and experience with CDM regulations. Salary is £50,000–£60,000 per year.
