Facade Manager – Oxford – Immediate Start A specialist Facade Manager is required to oversee the brickwork / metsec / cladding packages on a new build commercial project in Oxford. The scheme has been on site for 6 months and consists of a large new build RC & steel frame building. This is a logistically challenging london site close to a busy road and several other large construction projects. Candidates ideally will come from a brickwork / metsec / rainscreen / curtain walling / faΓ§ade background and have managed on projects of a similar calibre to this. The successful Manager will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. This is a temp to perm role for a minimum of 3 months or potentially until the completion of the project in late 2026. Role/duties: Ensure smooth construction process including Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays Relevant qualification and tickets – CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
