About this Role
This Head of Commercial position offers an executive leadership opportunity to take primary ownership of commercial governance, contract profitability, and client-facing negotiations for a rapidly expanding telecom infrastructure business. Based near Worcester/Kidderminster, you will report directly to the Managing Director and take strategic weight off Project Directors by driving margin optimisation and commercial discipline.
Provide strategic leadership to Commercial Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and support teams across all active telecom programs.
