Location: Colchester, Essex Are you an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) with a strong background in public sector housing projects?
We are seeking a proactive, client-focused RLO to manage resident relations across a portfolio of local authority blocks of flats in Colchester.
The Role You will serve as the primary link between the principal contractor, the local council/housing association, and the residents.
Managing communication across multiple separate residential blocks, you will ensure major work programs proceed smoothly with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities Deliver clear pre-construction notifications, project updates, and progress reports to residents.
Conduct home condition surveys, access visits, and respite care arrangements where required.
Handle resident queries, complaints, and access issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain clear logs of all resident interactions and site visits across multiple blocks.
