About the Company: Tier 1 national Residential Developer

Role Summary

The Site Engineer, operating within the Technical Department, is responsible for providing accurate engineering and technical support during the pre-construction, site setup, and construction phases of residential developments. This role ensures that all site setting-out, infrastructure works, and engineering aspects comply with approved design standards, relevant regulations, and health and safety requirements. You will act as the key technical liaison between the design team, site management, and subcontractors.

The Site Engineer provides essential technical support across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and buildability.

Design Review & Pre-construction:

  • Review working drawings and ground reports to identify buildability issues and design conflicts.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting infrastructure agreements (e.g., S38, S104).
  • Manage utility coordination and planning for connections.

Site Engineering & Quality Control:

  • Establish and maintain the primary control network (TBMs/Gridlines) for the site.
  • Execute precise setting-out for all engineering elements, including roads, drainage, and foundations.
