Are you an experienced electrical maintenance engineer within the facilities sector? Seeking a new challenge. My client is an established FM company looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical maintenance engineer to join a team on a site in London. This is a great role for someone looking to join a company offering lots of progression and training.
Benefits will include:
- £48,000 basic
- 1 in 4 on call £100 and only during the shifts will not be called when you are off
Main Duties will include:
- Perform the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems and associated plant equipment across the campus, ensuring they meet safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and related building services, such as HVAC, fire alarm systems, and lifts, to ensure optimal operation.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime, ensuring timely repairs and maintaining service continuity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance, providing clear documentation for management and clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality service and ensure effective communication of engineering and building issues impacting service delivery.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Level 3 in electrical 18th edition
- Experience with electrical PPMs within building services
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
