Supported by major long-term commercial and public sector contracts, this role focuses on high-grade commercial properties and regional infrastructure rather than repetitive domestic runs-offering a quality-first environment with zero door-to-door travel tracking. Clear progression into Dual Surveyor-Analyst (P402) roles, Technical Reviewer positions, or Regional Quality ManagementKey Responsibilities Perform 4-stage clearances, re-occupation testing, background sampling, and leak testing. Oversee site abatement schemes and liaise directly with Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractors (LARCs) and duty holders. Generate digital air monitoring reports and site schematics using handheld tablet software. Maintain UKAS accreditation standards, equipment calibration, and internal QA/QC schemes.Key Requirements BOHS P403 & BOHS P404 (or RSPH equivalent). Valid CSCS card & Full UK Driving Licence.
