The role covers the full life cycle of schemes, from bid stages through detailed second stage, helping to build and deliver projects across education, student and BTR, retail and leisure markets.
The ideal candidate will have substantial design management experience, with Chartered status being an advantage, and will be ready to take on responsibility or progress from a design.
