Our leading Block and Estates Property client is recruiting for a new Property Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. Working as part of a highly successful team and wider business back office support network, you will play a key role in making sure clients are happy and receive value for money. You will be working on some of the capitals prime buildings offering exposure to new technology, exciting projects and A list clients.

Salary: £NEG to £38k + excellent benefits + Bonus scheme
Structured training, development and progression included funded industry qualifications
Duties include:
- Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations
- Dealing with client enquiries both via phone and email and taking the appropriate actions
- Attending client meetings and regular site visits
- Overseeing contractors performance and any maintenance issues
- Preparing and monitoring budgets for sites
- Overseeing building compliance management, working within the internal building compliance team
- Overseeing Section 20 Processes with back office support
- Coordinating operations and back office Teams to ensure your buildings remain in top form
- Working with internal departments to ensure your building remain clean, safe and pleasant for residents
Experience Needed:
- Demonstrable experience in the Property Sector
- Good understanding of Residential Property sector
- Well-developed interpersonal and oral communications skills
- Interpersonal skills and customer focused
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload and work under pressure
- Good literacy, numerical skills and IT skills
- Team Player
- Keen to build a career in Block and Estate Management
