Role & Responsibilities
- Operating the site hoist safely and efficiently.
- Transporting materials, tools, and personnel across site as required.
- Carrying out daily safety checks on the hoist equipment.
- Ensuring all hoist operations comply with site safety procedures.
- Communicating effectively with site management and operatives.
- Maintaining clean and safe loading areas around the hoist.
- Assisting with general site duties when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating hoists on construction sites.
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures and regulations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
