Contracts Manager (Cladding) – Central London – Immediate Start A specialist Contracts Manager is required to oversee the glazing / cladding packages on multiple new build and refurbishment projects in Central London. Typical project values are between £200k-£2m, working on high profile projects (commercial, residential & leisure). These projects will include some of the most logistically challenging projects in London, so it will require experience of working in this type of environment. Candidates ideally will come from a civil engineering background and have managed on projects of a similar calibre to this. The successful Contracts Manager will be highly motivated, able to work in a busy, pressurised environment, and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. This is a temp to perm position as the contractor has a growing pipeline of work. Role/Duties: Ensure smooth construction process Manage all site labour and sub-contractors Manage the programme & minimise/eliminate potential programme delays Minimum Requirements: Relevant qualifications and tickets – CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
