Randstad CPE is recruiting an experienced landscaper for a short-term contract on a new build housing development in Newcastle.
You will prepare plot gardens and communal spaces ahead of handover, clearing plots and layout for turfing and planting.
Responsibilities include clearing debris, distributing topsoil, preparing ground for turf or seed, and assisting with soft landscaping across the development.
Work as part of the site team to ensure plots are left safe and organised for handover.
