Contract Asbestos Surveyor

Job: Asbestos Surveyor Location: South London – various Boroughs Employment term – Contract, Ongoing Rate: £240 – £320 per day + Expenses IR35: Outside Scope Randstad are working in partnership with a longstanding and valued client of ours in sourcing contract asbestos surveyors in South London. We’re seeking highly skilled and experienced Asbestos Surveyors to join the team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the South London area, with the potential to earn a very high daily rate, and the peace of mind of an open-ended contract that will extend into 2025. What you’ll do: Conduct a wide range of asbestos surveys, including:* Management surveys * Refurbishment and demolition surveys * Re-inspections * Surveys to Communal Areas Who you are: You have a proven track record as an Asbestos Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years of experience. You are fully qualified and certified, holding relevant UKATA or BOHS qualifications. You are proficient in all aspects of asbestos surveying, including asbestos sampling and analysis. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. You are passionate about safety and committed to providing high-quality service. What we can offer: Excellent earning potential: We offer a competitive daily rate with the potential to earn up to £320 per day. Open-ended Contract: This is an ongoing contract, with the opportunity to work with us long-term, meaning you don’t need to worry about finding a new contract in 2025. Limited Travel: The majority of our work is concentrated in a few boroughs in South London, minimising your commute time.
