Our patch is varied and dynamic, covering market rent, shared ownership, and independent living retirement communities. Alongside standard cleaning, our wider division manages communal window cleaning and runs a dedicated estate team that tackles bulk waste, fly-tipping, and hazardous material removal. About the Role As a Mobile Communal Cleaner, you will be the face of our estate services. Following a structured regional rota, you will drive from site to site to ensure all communal blocks, corridors, and shared facilities are cleaned to an exceptionally high standard.
