Plumber Maintenance Role – Westminster

Salary: £43,000 – 50,000 per year
Schedule: Shift Days and Nights
Location: London

Responsibilities:

1. Inspecting and cleaning drains
2. Checking for leaks in pipes and fixtures
3. Testing water pressure
4. Flushing toilets and urinals
5. Inspecting faucets and valves
6. Checking for potential clogs
7. Monitoring backflow preventers
8. Performing preventative maintenance on all plumbing systems within a commercial building to ensure smooth operation and prevent emergencies

Requirements:

1. Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing (Level 3 preferable)
2. Must have no criminal record
