Freelance Senior QS required ASAP for main contractor on £15m high-end health club project in SW London. The project consists of a cut and carve/structural refurb and fit-out of a health club, including gym, swimming pool, cinema etc. The client is currently in a PCSA for the enabling/early works and looking to enter into contract soon. The project duration is around 52 weeks and on a JCT D&B contract.
The role is for a site-based Senior QS to commercially manage the project from procurement to final account, including working closely with the PM, Assistant/Trainee QS and site team. The role is available on a freelance, temp-to-perm or permanent basis and is an urgent requirement.
