The Day-to-Day: What You'll Be Doing

As the Director of Property, you will act as the operational lead for the property management branches. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will step away from micro-managing postcodes and instead focus on high-level strategy, scale, and commercial growth.

  • Lead the Charge: Provide inspiring leadership and direct management to Branch Managers and Heads of Property Management.
  • Run the Blueprint: Standardise and roll out core systems and processes across regional teams to keep the business sharp, scalable, and high-performing.
  • Own the Numbers: Drive financial performance for the division-finding smart ways to boost revenue, improve margins, and create long-term value.
  • Grow the Footprint: Support exciting growth and acquisition activity by smoothly onboarding new portfolios and teams into the business model.
  • Keep it Tight: Maintain robust oversight to ensure absolute compliance with RICS, ARMA-Q, and Landlord & Tenant legislation.

What We're Looking For

We need an accomplished operational leader who thrives on autonomy, loves solving complex puzzles, and knows how to hit strategic targets.

  • Active Membership of the IRPM/TPI (MIRPM/ FIRPM / MTPI) or equivalent status.
  • An advanced, comprehensive understanding of residential property management, current legislation, and how large-scale operations tick.
  • A natural diplomat and communicator who can mentor high-performing teams, handle complex dispute resolutions, and navigate senior-level negotiations.
  • Commercially sharp, highly organized, and calm under pressure when handling strict time frames.
