You will be working for a local, well established company with a global presence. Your tasks will include:

  • Mold Preparation: Assembling, coating, and securing molds or dies according to exact specifications
  • Melting & Pouring: Controlling furnaces to melt raw materials (such as aluminum or iron) and safely transferring the molten material into the molds
  • Operating Machinery: Monitoring, adjusting, and troubleshooting automated casting machines
  • De-molding: Carefully removing the cooled components
  • Finishing & Cleaning: Using tools like abrasive grinders or shot-blasting machinery to remove surplus metal, smooth rough edges, and clean the casted pieces
  • Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for defects, cracks, or air bubbles
