Our leading Facilities Management client is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join the team in Merseyside L30 4YD.
Overview
- Full Time Monday to Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM
- PAY RATE: £13.75/hr PAYE

Duties include:
- Need Maintenance Assistant with full UK drivers licence.
- Work involves completing PPMs like door checks, water tap temp monitoring, lift comms.
- Reactive works like unblocking sinks, toilets, hanging notice boards.
- Must be willing to join our on call rota to cover the sites.
