Job Title: Building Maintenance Engineer Location: London Contract: (offices ) Salary: (£48,000) My client is a large Facilities and maintenance company who operate in various sectors across the commercial sector. They are currently looking for a number of experienced building maintenance engineers to join an established team on a static site near (London) . This role is (Monday-Friday) to working ( 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Benefits: Competitive salary and overtime opportunities. Company van and fuel card. Company pension scheme. Training and development opportunities. Opportunity to work across diverse and exciting commercial sites in London. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting. Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct inspections and fault-finding on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure safe and effective operation. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide clear communication to clients and management. Liaise with building managers and clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
