Produce accurate monthly and quarterly cost reports (CVRs), cash flow projections, and margin forecasts alongside project leaders. Manage client valuations, negotiate complex contract variations, and finalize main contract and subcontract final accounts. Drive risk and opportunity planning, design strategy development, and compliance with business best practice procedures.
You are a highly accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with a proven track record delivering major construction schemes for a main contractor. Your expertise encompasses expert negotiation, digital commercial management tools, and strong collaborative leadership. Hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) alongside MRICS, MCIOB, or working toward chartered status. Demonstrate extensive main contractor commercial management experience, including complex valuations, variations, and final accounts.
