Randstad CPE is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead design coordination across complex, high-value schemes (£50m+), in the Midlands. You will drive buildability, value, and ensure fully coordinated solutions with the client, commercial, and operational teams.
You will manage external design consultants, conduct technical reviews, and steer value engineering and digital design workshops, with strong communication to challenge design teams and secure delivery on time and to programme.
