Responsibilities: Independently manage your daily workload in alignment with established production plans. Oversee inventory levels to ensure all required materials are available and properly transacted for assigned tasks. Take ownership of scheduled activities for your designated equipment, area, or function. Proactively identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, focusing on a "right first time" approach. Perform additional duties as required to support the wider team's objectives. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, or laboratory setting. Experience in a cGMP environment is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong technical competence with machinery and a disciplined quality and compliance mindset. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely. IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel. Soft Skills: Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise work, and perform effectively under pressure. What We Offer: Contract Type: 3-month assignment Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30 Salary: £13.53 per hour (£28,142.40 per annum equivalent) Location: Birmingham (Onsite) Environment: A supportive, fast-paced team environment where your contributions directly influence global progress.
