Bid Manager Essex, Chelmsford Full Time, Permanent (opportunity for agile and flexible arrangements) As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in driving success by leading the bid process for key projects within the region. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the bid lifecycle, from initial identification through to submission, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout. Your day to day will look like: Motivate and inspire the team Check progress and support the bid team members Provide feedback to bid team members about their performance on the bid Lead the bid strategy Understand the entire bid process Be accountable for everything that goes into the bid What are they looking for?
