About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Pre-Plaster Labourer for an immediate start tomorrow on a busy, long-term new-build housing development in Bedworth. This is a long-term position for the right candidate, working alongside the internal trades team to ensure plots are cleared, prepared, and ready for the plastering contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing internal rooms and plots ahead of plastering work.
  • Scraping walls/floors, sweeping out rooms, and clearing debris from plots.
  • Assisting plasterers with loading materials, board clearing, and tidying work areas.
  • Assisting the Site Manager with general site maintenance and safety upkeep.

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
  • Previous experience working on new-build residential housing sites.
  • Full PPE (Hard hat, steel toe-cap boots, high-vis).
  • Strong work ethic, punctual, and reliable for an immediate start.
