We are urgently seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to join the team. This is a critical, long-term contract role that requires leadership from the very beginning of the project lifecycle.
The role is centered on managing the entire construction process, but candidates must have an exceptionally strong background in groundworks. For the first six months of the project, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing and driving all site preparation and groundworks activities, ensuring safety, quality, and programme adherence. Following the initial phase, your focus will shift to managing the installation of the structural elements, including the preferred use of modular build techniques.
Key Requirements
- Mandatory: Proven experience as a Site Manager, managing projects from groundworks through to completion/handover.
- Essential: A demonstrably strong background in groundworks and civil engineering.
- Desirable: Prior experience with Modular Build or Off-Site Construction methods is highly beneficial.
Qualifications: Up-to-date relevant Site Manager certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS).
