Overview
Job Title: Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kent
As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working with the commercial team on a number of exciting projects across Kent.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Surveyor / Commercial Manager
- Administration of subcontract works packages
- Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors
- Provide information to the Commercial team
Requirements
- Experience working for either a regional / national contractor
- Ambitions to progress to the Quantity Surveyor
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and can work to tight deadlines
- Willingness to undertake training and development
