Overview

Job Title: Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Kent

As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working with the commercial team on a number of exciting projects across Kent.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Senior Surveyor / Commercial Manager
  • Administration of subcontract works packages
  • Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors
  • Provide information to the Commercial team

Requirements

  • Experience working for either a regional / national contractor
  • Ambitions to progress to the Quantity Surveyor
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and can work to tight deadlines
  • Willingness to undertake training and development
