Job Description
\\n Review and approve expenditures, ensuring they align with the service charge budget. \\n Ensure full compliance with all internal policies and procedures, including those for Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and HR. \\n Manage essential administrative tasks, such as system data entry, accurate filing, and inventory control.
\\n Assist in the creation of management reports for stakeholders and participate in management meetings as required. Building Operations & Compliance \\n\\nManage all suppliers for efficient, safe, and compliant delivery of M&E, critical life safety, vertical transportation, and public health systems, including compliant procurement. \\nInspect and audit supplier works, formally reporting performance against SLAs.
\\nConduct regular building inspections, prepare reports, and manage all required maintenance/remedial works. \\nSupport the Building Manager in maintaining full statutory health, safety, and environmental compliance, including local environmental initiatives and working towards industry standards (e.g., ISO14001). \\n Ensure robust security and emergency procedures are followed, leading emergency response coordination.
Staff & Stakeholder Management \\n\\nDeliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external clients and customers.\\nEnsure consistent and effective communication with clients and tenants.\\nMaintain strong, regular communication with internal colleagues across Property\\nManagement, support functions, and the broader Real Estate business. \\nOversee site-based personnel, guaranteeing compliance with all relevant people-related policies and procedures.About You: \\n\\nAccredited by IOSH: Completion of the Managing Safely course. \\nCommercial Property Expertise: Solid understanding of commercial leases and the landlord/tenant relationship.
