Randstad are partnering with one of the UK s fastest-growing safety and compliance businesses for this dual role of Asbestos Surveyor Analyst. Location: Covering North, East and West Midlands
Salary: 33,000 - 40,000
Package: 25 days holiday (increasing 1 day per year of service), Stakeholder Pension, Life cover, Employee Assistance Programme, and a Health policy. Total flexibility to choose a standard company car, a commercial van, or opt for a cash allowance.
What you ll actually be doing day-to-day:
- You ll travel to various client premises to competently undertake technical asbestos inspections, bulk sampling, and testing.
- You ll step into a management capacity for abatement schemes, ensuring everything aligns with legislative guidance, LARC, PoW, and internal RAMs.
- You ll own the process for successfully completing four-stage clearances and site re-occupations, liaising directly with clients, site representatives, and licensed removal operatives.
