Job: Asbestos Surveyor Location: Edinburgh Rate: £240 – £245 p/d Expenses: expenses IR35 determination: Outside of scope Contract Length: Ongoing The Role: Randstad are working with a very dear and longstanding client of ours who are looking to secure the services of a qualified Asbestos Surveyor who would be able to service a mixture of commercial and residential survey contracts across Edinburgh and the Central Belt of Scotland. One of the main clients is a red brick University in the Edinburgh area. Other sites will include Residential premises and some communal areas, and the surveys will be carried out using a bespoke app my client have designed that is similar to Teams / Alpha Tracker. You will be given your survey sites in job-lots and will have full autonomy to book the sites in a sequence you deem to be the most optimum. So no more frustrating and excess journeys due to a scheduler the other end of the county who doesn\’t know the local Geography booking you a 5pm appointment 100 miles away, as it\’s only \’down the road\’ from you. About You: You must be a BOHS P402 qualified surveyor who has their own vehicle This will be a fully independent and autonomous role, therefore you need to bvehiclee highly experienced in working under your own initiative and must be confident in designing and executing your own work schedules.
