Our clients are one of the leading Facilities Management businesses in the UK and we are currently seeking a dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. Benefits: £44,000 per annum Company Van and Fuel Card Provided (can be used for personal use) 25 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays Healthcare packageKey Responsibilities: To undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment. You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multi deck or ice machines. This includes service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment. You must have relevant qualifications e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent. Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
