Administrator – Nottingham Start Date – ASAP We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator in Nottingham! As an integral part of operations, you will work closely with Site Managers, Liaison Officers, and external contractors to ensure that project data is up-to-date and that our service delivery remains at the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: Data management: Liaise with Site Managers and Liaison Officers to collect and maintain accurate data to ensure an up-to-date PS Team. Reporting: Produce detailed management reports to illustrate current work-in-progress (WIP) and completed programme data. Defect reporting: Collaborate with both internal and external teams to report and manage defects effectively. Contractor coordination: Work closely with external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and resolution of issues. Problem resolution: Assist in managing defects and ensuring they are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Client satisfaction: Work within the team to maintain high standards of client and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
