We are looking for an experienced admin for one of our clients in Darlington Title: Admin Location: The education village, Darlington , DL1 2AN Timings: 8am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday Duration: ASAP – 3 months could be extended Pay: £14 per hour Main duties include: Manage and organize documents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and properly stored. Complete and close job-related paperwork, sending it to contractors and confirming receipt. Sort and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval. Forward important emails to the appropriate parties, draft professional replies, and escalate urgentmatters needed. Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication. Enter job details and updates into company systems while maintaining accurate records. Track pending and completed tasks to meet deadlines and follow up on missing details. Handle ad-hoc administrative requests and maintain necessary office supplies for administrative processes.
