Job Description

My client are an establish FM company looking for a qualified and experienced AC engineer to join a team on Mobile site in Bournemouth. This is a great role for someone looking to join a company offering lots of progression and training. This is a mobile role working Monday to Friday.\\n\\nBenefits will include:\\n\\nCompetitive Salary up to £42k per annum\\n25+8 days holiday\\nOT\\nTraining & Progression\\nCompany benefits and discounts\\nPensionMain Duties will include:\\n\\nCarry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.\\nCarry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.\\nBe on a call out rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover.\\nOverseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety.\\nAdopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio.\\nCarry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.\\nUnderstand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.\\nCarry out work in a safe and diligent manner.\\nComply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.\\nDaily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks including – UPS system and associated control systems, Plumbing and drainage systems, Boiler room checks , Cooling towers, Fan coil units / AHU's/ Fans , Heating PumpsRequirements / Qualifications:\\n\\nF-Gas\\nNvq level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration,fridgeRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
