URGENT: Slinger / Signallers Required - Long Itchington North (HS2) Position: Slinger / Signaller (2-3 positions available) Location: Long Itchington North (CV47 2GS) Start Date: Tuesday or Wednesday (Immediate Start) Duration: 6 - 8 Weeks Contract Type: Temporary / Contract Role Overview We are currently recruiting 2 to 3 experienced Slinger / Signallers for a 6 to 8-week contract on the HS2 project based out of Long Itchington North. You will be supporting lifting operations alongside two mobile cranes, utilizing two-way radio communications in a fast-paced environment. Requirements & Qualifications Mandatory: Valid HS2 Induction (active and verifiable). Card Scheme: Valid CPCS or NPORS (must have the CSCS logo). Endorsements: Slinger / Signaller ticket with mobile crane experience. Medical: Valid Safety Critical Worker (SCW) medical and recent Drug & Alcohol test. PPE: Full orange hi-vis (RIS-3279-TOM compliant), hard hat with chin strap, safety glasses, and metatarsal safety boots. Experience: Proven background working with mobile cranes on major infrastructure/civils projects. Job Details & Responsibilities Guiding and signalling 2x mobile cranes safely across site. Communication via two-way radios and standard CPCS/NPORS hand signals. Inspecting tackle, slinging complex loads, and ensuring lifting operations comply with site RAMS.
