Duties & Responsibilities

Delivering dedicated, high-level trauma-informed care to children and young people with complex support requirements.

Providing immediate, emergency safe housing for young individuals entering care during urgent situations.

Facilitating planned weekend respite placements to offer stability to children while accommodating current career commitments.

Collaborating with therapeutic, psychological, and clinical teams to implement tailored care plans.

Maintaining accurate developmental progress logs and participating in professional multi-agency reviews.

Creating a secure, nurturing environment that promotes emotional well-being, educational development, and independence.
Key Requirements

Experience: Background in social work, teaching, nursing, youth engagement, or allied health care is strongly preferred but not essential.

Property: A dedicated, suitable spare bedroom in a permanent residence.

Age & Residency: Aged 21 or over with full UK residency or Indefinite Leave to Remain.
