We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Locality Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals and families within their community, providing comprehensive case management, and working collaboratively with other professionals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social work principles, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively. Up to £35 per hour dependant on experience.
Responsibilities:
