Entering a crisis placement can be a frightening experience for a vulnerable young person. During these vital transition periods, having an empathetic and structured professional by their side can transform their entire journey. We are actively expanding our support teams across Morriston and Clydach. We are seeking energetic carers to support children dealing with emotional, social, and behavioural difficulties in specialised residential homes.
We welcome applications from individuals with backgrounds in similar roles, including Support Worker, Care Assistant, Education Assistant, Key Worker, Crisis Support Worker, or Childcare Practitioner.
