Job Description
Randstad is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team! We are committed to providing exceptional care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for making a positive difference in people's lives.
Work Location: Newcastle/Gateshead/Sunderland/Durham
About the Role:
- Provide daily living support to adults with varying learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Assist individuals in accessing community resources and opportunities.
- Empower individuals to live as independently as possible.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.
Shift Patterns:
- 08:00 - 20:00 Days
- 20:00 - 08:00 Waking Nights
- 08:00 - 22:00 with Sleep in, then 07:00 - 10:00
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across various homes and shift patterns.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals to achieve their full potential.
