Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their personal goals, maintain independence, and engage in meaningful activities. Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to individuals based on their needs.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
