  • Provide 1:1 and group support to children with emotional and behavioral needs.
  • Work closely with mental health professionals to implement care and support plans.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that empowers each child's wellbeing and independence.
  • Adapt quickly to different settings – from schools to residential or community-based care.

? What You Bring:

  • Minimum 6 months of UK experience as a mental health support worker.
  • Experience working specifically with children or young people.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – current and valid.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training certificates.
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK (Full-time).
  • A UK Driving Licence – travel flexibility is a must!
  • A naturally flexible approach – you're ready for day, night, or weekend shifts.
