What will you be responsible for
Providing support and care to children and young people with autism and learning disabilities in a residential setting. This will involve assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and educational activities. You will work as part of a team to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment.

What requirements are we looking for?
6+ months of experience working with children or young people aged 5-18 years with autism and/or learning disabilities is required. Relevant experience is essential. Specific educational qualifications may be advantageous but are not mandatory.
Requirements/Skills
Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
